Working hours: 08:00–12:00 / 13:30–17:30 (option for voluntary overtime starting at 07:00).
Spray painting operator (water-based, solvent-based, and special processes) for iron components, adhering to various specifications and client operating instructions.
Cleaning, sanding, putty application, and masking/protection of parts prior to painting; application of primer and topcoat.
Maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment (pumps, spray guns, etc.).
Final quality check of parts (visual inspection, thickness gauge, etc.).
Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts for material handling is preferred.
Employment classification: to be determined based on existing skills relevant to the specified tasks.
Hiring arrangement: initial temporary agency contract with potential for renewal and the goal of permanent direct employment with the company.
No smoking policy.
Personal mobile phone use prohibited (except for specific, occasional needs requiring prior authorization).
Compensation in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), plus meal vouchers (€5.00 per full day worked) and semi-annual/annual bonuses based on company-defined performance metrics.
